I've seen this all over my facebook, twitter, instagram etc by friends who have taken up the challenge. Today, however after my friend posted the article on Facebook on the challenge, I decided that I was going to take part. Right now is the best time, whilst my life is in a little bit of limbo, would be great to focus on the small things that make me happy.
